Founder and Principal
Since starting his career in marketing in 1982 Peter became a Member of the Institute of Marketing in 1996. In the mid 90's he was part of the team that set up the first computerised network telemarketing office in the UK. This for the first time allowed note taking and schedule booking during a call that was integrated into a data base that any mother member of staff could access and action if required. And only using 486 series PC's!
