£1M Challenge

 Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the 2025 £1,000,000 Challenge (the "Challenge") offered by New Solutions AI Agency ("we," "us," or "our"). By applying for and participating in the Challenge, you ("you" or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility:

  • The Challenge is open to small and medium-sized businesses ("SMEs") based in Scotland.

  • Applicants must be actively operating a business in Scotland, or about to start within 1 month

  • Businesses must demonstrate a desire for significant growth and a willingness to implement AI automation solutions.

2. Application Process:

  • Businesses must apply before 5th March,2025  by completing the form or contacting us via email at peter@newsolutionai.com or booking a 10-minute Zoom call.

  • We reserve the right to request additional information from applicants to determine eligibility.

  • We will select participating businesses based on criteria including, but not limited to, business potential, growth aspirations, and suitability for AI automation solutions. Our selection process is final.

3. AI Automation Solutions:

  • We will work with selected businesses to develop and implement bespoke AI automation solutions tailored to their specific needs.

  • The scope of the AI solutions will be determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in a separate agreement with each participating business.

4. "Zero Upfront Cost" Model:

  • Our fees for developing and implementing the AI automation solutions are contingent upon the participating business achieving agreed-upon growth targets.

  • The specific growth targets and payment structure will be detailed in a separate agreement with each participating business. This will typically involve a percentage of revenue increase, but may include cost savings, or other mutually agreed-upon metrics.

  • Upon achieving significant growth at agreed milestones 3, 6 or 12 months, a fee of 5% of the increased revenue will be payable.upon presentation of our invoice. If those milestones are not reached there is no fee.

5. Support and Guidance:

  • We will provide ongoing support and guidance to participating businesses throughout the first year of implementation.

  • The level of support will be defined in the individual agreements with each business.

6. £1,000,000 Target:

  • The £1,000,000 figure is an aspirational target. While we are confident in the potential of our AI solutions, we cannot guarantee that any participating business will achieve this specific revenue milestone. However we will choose businesses that we believe can achieve this target by implementing the solutions we create for them and our ongoing support and nurturing.

7. Intellectual Property:

  • [All intellectual property created by New Solutions AI Agency will remain their property until the prescribed conditions of the agreement allow the transfer to the participating company. Thereafter the business will have full ownership and full control.

8. Confidentiality:

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the Challenge.

9. Termination:

  • We reserve the right to terminate participation in the Challenge at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms or failure to meet agreed-upon milestones, which in our opinion are due to the lack of diligence of the business owner and their employees.

10. Limitation of Liability:

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Challenge.  

11. Governing Law:

  • These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.

12. Entire Agreement:

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Challenge and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

13. Amendments:

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participating businesses will be notified of any changes.

General Questions:

  • What is the 2025 £1,000,000 Challenge? The 2025 £1,000,000 Challenge is an initiative by New Solutions AI to empower Scottish businesses to achieve significant growth through the implementation of AI automation solutions. We partner with selected businesses to develop and deploy tailored AI solutions, aiming for 5X, 10X, or greater growth within 12 months.

  • Who is eligible to participate? The challenge is open to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) based in Scotland that demonstrate a strong desire for growth and are open to adopting AI automation technologies. 

  • What is the application process? Interested businesses can apply by filling out the application form. You can also contact us via email at peter@newsolutionai.com or book a 10-minute Zoom call. We will review all applications and select participating businesses based on their potential, growth aspirations, and suitability for AI solutions.

  • What are the key benefits of participating? Participants gain access to bespoke AI automation solutions tailored to their specific needs, expert support and guidance throughout the first year, and the opportunity to achieve substantial business growth with no upfront investment.

AI Automation Solutions:

  • What types of AI automation solutions do you offer? We specialise in a range of AI solutions, including but not limited to: AI-powered chatbots for customer service, AI agents for process automation, predictive analytics for sales forecasting, automated marketing campaigns, and much more. We work closely with each business to identify the areas where AI can have the biggest impact.

  • How are the AI solutions tailored to my business? We conduct a thorough assessment of your business operations, challenges, and growth goals. Based on this analysis, we develop a customised AI automation strategy and implement solutions designed to address your specific needs.

  • Who owns the intellectual property of the AI solutions developed? New Solutions AI Agency retains ownership of the underlying AI technology subject to the conditions of the contract. The specific customisations and integrations developed for your business will be subject to a separate agreement.

Financial Arrangement:

  • What does "zero upfront cost" mean? We believe in the effectiveness of our AI solutions. Therefore, we do not require any upfront payment for the development and implementation of the AI solutions.

  • How do you get paid? Our fees are contingent upon the success of the AI solutions. We agree upon specific growth targets with each participating business. Upon achieving these targets, a pre-agreed percentage of the resulting increase in revenue (or other agreed-upon metric) will be payable to us. The specific details of this arrangement will be outlined in a separate agreement with each participating business. 

  • What if I don't achieve the agreed-upon growth targets? If the agreed-upon growth targets are not met, no fees are payable for the AI solutions. We will continue to provide support and work with you to optimise the solutions and achieve your goals.

The £1,000,000 Target:

  • What does the £1,000,000 figure represent? The £1,000,000 figure is an aspirational collective target for all participating businesses in the 2025 challenge. While we are confident in the potential of our AI solutions to drive significant revenue growth, we cannot guarantee that any individual business will reach this specific milestone. Our primary focus is on helping each participating business achieve its own unique growth goals. We strive to select those businesses which we believe can reach the £1,000,000 target.

  • What kind of support will I receive? We provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the first year of implementation. This includes [list specific support activities, e.g., training, technical assistance, performance monitoring, regular consultations.

  • How long will the implementation process take? The implementation timeline will vary depending on the complexity of the AI solutions and the specific needs of your business. We will work with you to develop a realistic timeline during the initial consultation phase.
